Built Up Felt Roof

A new roof build up consists of:
1. Vapour Barrier
2. Insulation
3. Three layers of High Performance Polyester Base Felt, the top layer being Mineral

All details to edges would be aluminium trim, welted drips or flashings

Existing roofs would have the same build up but stripped to the deck before hand.

Single Ply

A single ply roof consists of:
1. Vapour Barrier
2. Insulation
3. Single Ply Membrane

Slating & Tiling

These roofs are constructed to Architects Specification and Drawings

Metal Decking

Again these roofs are constructed to Architects Specification and Drawings

We are based in Dundee, on the North East Coast of Scotland, but travel to anywhere in Scotland. Recent work has included areas such as Edinburgh, Musselburgh, Inverness, Nairn and Penrith in Cumbria.
